COD – WW2 LAN Tournament – Summer

COD WW2 - Event

Based of the success of our last COD, We Got Game! is ready to host a bigger event the weekend of July 13-15 which includes a series of events includiong Call of Duty 4v4 and 2v2 events and Fortnite Challenge which is open to  competitive players.

 

Our goal is attract between 24-32 total teams for our biggest Summer event ever. We hope to see you at our event as we hope to increase our cash prize to higher than our last event of $3K

Here's How it Works:

Event – 4v4 Call of Duty Event.
Date:  July 14th & July 15th.
System – PS4
Location – GTA (Toronto or Oakville) TBD
Series/Rules –  Standard Gaming Rules, Best of 5, Double Elimination.
Team Roster Final Date – Final team roster must be finalized by July 4th.
Team Change: A team may add a new player to their team for FREE if that player is not registered on another team. If a player switches team after July 4thand registered on another team, then a $25.00 fee will be accessed to each new teammate. The other team who lost a player will not be charged.
Deposits – All deposits are non-refundable. Team deposits can not be combined with another teams team deposit.

What is Required?

Controllers, headsets, mixamps and discs (if possible)

 

Costs: – Team pass $240.00
             – Initial deposit $40.00 to secure your team.
                Note If your team registered last event and did not pay balance you will be asked to pay the initial balance $40.00 plus $100.00 to ensure your team is serious.
              – $100.00 due June 11th
              – $100.00 Balance due at door. Or if paid in advance team free in “one” of our additional events. including: (2v2 LAN or 2v2 online or 1v1 Fortnite or 2v2 Fortnite)

– Additional $20.00 is added if final deposits paid after June 11th.

Spectator Fee: Cost will be $10.00 for the weekend for spectators, coaches etc. Parents are free.
Payment Options: Captains can either pay by Credit Card, Paypal or Email Transfer (Saves service fees). If you use Email option please send funds to wgg@rogers.com  password: “wegotgame”. Then send us a DM confirming and we will send you a link to fill out registration info.

FAQs

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
We will need consent forms for those 17 and under. We Got Game! will provide forms to team captains once team has registered.

 

How can I contact the organizer with any questions?
We prefer questions come from team captains who then can relay the questions to teammates.

 

What’s the refund policy?
No, sorry. Ensure you review your schedule and confirm with your teammates of the appropriate time and schedule.
